We deliver solutions using World leading technology and analysis applied to our customers’ product in short timescales. We work across a range of industries at all levels of the supply chain supporting SMEs to large, Tier 1 companies working in sectors such as defence, aerospace, oil & gas. Our staff have a range of backgrounds and experience covering multiple disciplines. We offer technical and manufacturing insight along with the core materials science needed to determine the root-cause of problems and identify appropriate solutions. MCS have a fully equipped materials analysis lab and use trusted partners to support where additional, specific tests and analysis techniques are required. We invest heavily in the core equipment (particularly FE-SEMs and inert gas plasma techniques) and continuously carry out in-house R&D to develop new materials analysis techniques such as MCS Perfect Edge™.
